The hotel had beautiful modern rooms and a super comfortable bed. The location was great, right in the center of town with everything within walking distance. The bathrooms were really nice and the water pressure in the shower was great. The hotel also offered free access to a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and spa up in the mountains. I had a pleasant stay at Casa Del Balcon.
I must mention that there were a couple of drawbacks. One of the rooms I stayed in didn't have a smart TV, so I couldn't access Netflix or other apps.

This hotel boasts an enviable location very close to the bus station and all of the main attractions, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. the rooms are modern, clean and beautifully decorated, with exceptional rain showers in the bathrooms. the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, offering great service that will make you feel right at home. You can enjoy cooking in the open kitchens on each floor, and the hotel provides free access to a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and spa.
One aspect that could be improved is the key system to get in and out of the hotel. It can be confusing to understand how to turn the key and push the handle at the correct time, which may pose difficulties for some guests.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel that offered clean rooms, awesome hotel facilities, a central location close to everything, and friendly staff. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast voucher provided by the hotel and the free access to a nearby swimming pool, jacuzzi, and spa.

The bed was super comfortable and the room was clean. the location was perfect for exploring the town and all its attractions. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that we had access to some complementary activities during our stay. Breakfast was delicious and we loved the fact that there were other dining options close by.
The room was a bit noisy in the evenings, making it difficult to sleep at times. we didn't receive much information about the hotel or the area upon check-in which would have been helpful.
